That's just another Accor IT or Marketing screw up. I got the same email, about using your SNUs before they expire. Just ignore the expiry date in the email, and go with the expiry showing on the SNUs in your ALL account on the website.

If you reached Plat this year, the SNUs you received should expire Dec 2024, but you won't receive any new SNUs on Jan 1 next year. SNUs are given upon reaching a threshold, not at the start of the year. And whatever the expiry date, that's the date you need to book by, not stay by, so you should have lots of time to use them.
