Not holding my breath. AA for years counted all bonus/CC miles toward MM status, so the threshold was quite low to achieve. They even warned people before the change so they could transfer in [hotel?] points or make large CC purchases
I believe UA only counted BIS miles on UA metal (though pre-merger CO members were credited more favorably).
DL is in the middle, basing on MQM - so includes cabin bonuses and partner travel but not elite bonuses or CC spend.
So DL is definitely being generous by skewing toward UA's program, although I'd point out that UA Gold gets E+ at booking (as does AA Plat, which is second level, now at 2MM), while DL Gold does not.
