I can only imagine the fulminations at American Express when Delta rolled out the previous iteration of SkyMiles '24.
My money is on yet another series of "improvements" being announced in late '24, after Delta's data modeling of actual 2023/24 passenger behavior reveals some unintended consequences among early career frequent fliers.

There is NO way Amex was not FULLY aware of what Delta was rolling out. THose of you who believe that are not facing reality. Amex knew what was being rolled out and had agreed!
