QR now have their own lounge for status travellers at LHR. But yes, the other 3 at SIN, CDG and BKK are J and F passengers only, so they beat BA by one
Status passengers in Y can use other lounges when travelling on QR though, including third party lounges. Best to ask at check in if it isn't mentioned. Someone a few days ago reported being offered the temporary lounge or a voucher at AMS for example.
