Sorry - missed this post. I guess the agent could have been wrong.

The problem with QR is nobody really knows what the actual policy is. You could go the next day and get waved through. And then you could ask customer services and they'll tell you whatever they think won't get them in trouble.

And the company rep on here will never confirm the policies either.
