If I remember correctly it was mentioned in some old posts that the cash part after deducting the tax needs to be over something like EUR 10 or 20, so you will receive some reward points and with that the night should get posted automatically too
It seems that there is a minimum of 10€ (after deducting taxes) to gain qualifying night but it is not written in Accor's T&C...
