Both cards have same access throughout 2024, but if they want that access in 2025, they need to qualify/spend in 2024.

"Delta SkyMiles Reserve and Reserve Business American Express Card Members will be eligible for 10 Delta Sky Club Visits per Medallion Year, starting February 1, 2025."

"The Platinum Card and Business Platinum Card from American Express Card Members will be eligible for 6 Delta Sky Club Visits per Medallion Year, starting February 1, 2025."
