The Rimowa website specifically mentions which stores take walk-in repairs, and which are repair only locations.
That's fine. So long as there's a place I can drop it off to have it fixed. What I can't or won't do is log on somewhere, print a form, fill it out, then ship it to them. The only thing worth that much trouble is my taxes, and it's only because my Gov't will lock me if I don't do it.
