My friendly contact there told me that their store are for selling and not for repairing so enjoy that limited repair capability at YYZ while you can. I don't know what Beveley Hills is doing, but my contact at corporate certainly isn't aware of any plans of removing repair capabilities from stores, and the YYZ store certainly isn't going to need remodelling any time soon. The Rimowa website specifically mentions which stores take walk-in repairs, and which are repair only locations.
Bangkok is an interesting one. They don't do in store repairs (at least in the Gaysorn Village location), but they have a repair only location at the Lee House Building. Apparently that's closed in favour of repairs in the regular Bangkok stores now.
