I HUCA with FB agents got better clarifications. Airport verification is not working since the ticket is not void but instead refunded.
The frustration part is no person or department I can contact to know what really triggers this.
As FB agents told me, our FB account are solid, if anything wrong, they lock the account and in fact, I can even transfer the miles out of the partners' account into mine and reticket it, but the problem is the promo is long gone haha.
