You have to be kidding me. It was saying that the perk that was automatically selected would be selected upon the expiration date unless I switched the perk. Basically If I remember it correctly, it was auto picked on 15k mile bonus. So that means on December 31, 2023 that is the perk it would had given me. So I did not want that, I wanted the 20-tiles which said it expires on December 2024. So I picked that, but then it gets given to me only for that 2023? That makes zero sense. I am going to call them as well. The way it work it was like you had to pick something prior to 12/31/23.

Is there an option to "select it" but not claim it? I remember selecting it, and then a confirmation coming up asking me to make sure I wanted it. But I don't remember a chance to select it and just let it sit there be ideal with the expiration of 12/24. Very confusing and likely done without much thought or just a manipulated way to make people burn the perk late in the year.

Even now, my 20-tile perk says "Once chosen, your perk selection is valid until the expiration date above." Well, the expiration date above is December 2024, not December 2023. The perk should stick with us through the expiration date.
