i wouldn't think so since its just like a special meal. Food delivery is done all at once though. i think the idea below it being in 1 cart would make sense.

20 meals (plus accessories) is probably one full aisle cart. And as username said, too many exemptions in a multi-hundred seat Y cabin is likely detrimental.
