A heads up for you fellow Ultimates. I was told only Gold and Platinums have access to the lounge. The dragons had no clue what Ultimate was. I explained them the status and my card was passed around to every staff member present, but still, no one had a clue. The dragons eventually gave up trying to figure it out and let me in. «We will let it slide this time» they said. I found the situation quite amusing.
