As it regards to the regulations of D visa holders using EASYPASS, I was not one of them, as I had a Schengen D visa from a different country. When leaving via CPH (manual desk/Non EU) the officer said my chip was not working - does anyone know if this plays a role in the EASYPASS gates? Next time I am in Frankfurt I will try to sort it out.
