Agree with the below, as I assume you earned your MQD waiver prior to the annual fee.

You’ve already hit the $25k MQD waiver so you are good. If you have 75k MQMs you can select your PM choice benefits now. Amex generally doesn’t issue prorated annual fees. You might be better off eating the $200-$210 and getting the companion cert next July and then closing the account. You don’t have to use the card at all.
Delta changed the terms of said credit card after annual fee renewal, such as lounge access and MQD waiver/MQM spend bonus. OP should request a prorated refund, if not now then on 12/31/2023.
