While the B789 seats might not be “far superior” than the ones on B77W, the fact that B789 seats guarantee aisle access are “far superior” in that respect, especially for solo travelers.

Having recently flown on each aircraft, I much, much prefer the seats on the B789, since I am a “windows” person. I was in a “A” seat on the B77W; it was a hassle having to hurdle over my seatmate every time I needed to go to the bathroom or to access my carry on luggage. While there’s always the prospect of an equipment swap, I will try to find a flight that has the B789 scheduled.
