How many of those 'double the DM's' could be eliminated by just getting rid of the international MQD waiver? The Medallion ranks are inflated to some extent by the pandemic rollovers plus not having MQD requirements for non-US Medallions. I'm not saying that's the entire problem, but that aspect of the program has always been problematic.
