I can't see anything they announce in the 'rollbacks' changing my future approach to travel, but I am nonetheless curious to see what the changes are; this whole bungled rollout has been an interesting business case to watch.
DL has always made a lot of changes annually to the Sky Miles program. That is probably my biggest complaint, some years less than this, but still a lot of changes and not just raising the requirements for status.
