This entire thing has been fascinating to watch. I'm curious to see what the rollbacks are, though Ed seems to be pretty clear that it isn't the changes that were the problem, but rather the size and breadth of the changes all at once.

I can't see anything they announce in the 'rollbacks' changing my future approach to travel, but I am nonetheless curious to see what the changes are; this whole bungled rollout has been an interesting business case to watch.
