Hey all, OP here and wanted to update everyone. First thanks to all that replied.

So here is what I found out:

As venk replied in post #3, add passport info into AA website, this worked.

At T-24 on JL website the info from AA carried over at check in.

Alternatively

You can just input your passport info during check in.
