Any half-decent data analyst can already see from their internal data which benefits members are actually using. They can probably even infer that members who ONLY travel TK using upgrade vouchers are only travelling TK WHEN they can use the upgrade vouchers. (to choose one example that I fear will be enhanced away)
They can, but they can't see if I'm pleased with M&S or not, so if I said I'm happy they might try to cut something to make me unhappy or if I'm unhappy they might think that they can do whatever since I'm unhappy. That's why I chose to be indifferent.
