Some of the questions asked you to chose up to 5 favourite options from a list of say 10 things. The list being the program benefits. I suppose there is the risk that the least popular selections get enhanced away.

generally, such surveys are not a good sign... these are used to justify program @Enhancements@ based on the feedback received...

Any half-decent data analyst can already see from their internal data which benefits members are actually using. They can probably even infer that members who ONLY travel TK using upgrade vouchers are only travelling TK WHEN they can use the upgrade vouchers. (to choose one example that I fear will be enhanced away)

The problem is that airlines often like to enhance away the most popular selections and then say "based on customer feedback". (because often popular = used a lot = expensive to provide)

I find most intgeresting the "what else would you like?"
Double miles for Biz flights? You mean WHAT THEY USED TO HAVE?
Would you like free Emergency Exit seats, LIKE TOP TIERS AT ALL OTHER MAJOR AIRLINES?
Miles that do not expire? LIKE EVERY MAJOR AIRLINE (some require some activity) MAYBE THEY WANT TO BREAK FROM THE ME3 fold?

Maybe they should have also added, no weight check for carry-ons if within the dimensions like BA did.
As someone traveling HBO, it's ridiculous to check a carry-on and wait at the belt, because of an outsourced check-in agents mood ( IST agents usually don't care ).
