I had combined UR points from a household account and transferred them to Aeroplan during the 20% bonus. I then redeemed the Aeroplan miles to PYB travel purchases, some of which were later cancelled and refunded (due to unacceptable flight schedule changes). The Aeroplan card currently has a 4-figure credit balance from the last PYB credit and refund.

Has anybody been able to get a Chase "rewards misuse" shutdown reversed?
