For lie-flat vs angled, I think the 306 economy seat 777 have the new lie flat J seats. Expert flyer is showing the lie flat config for my flight currently, but given it’s still a relatively small part of EK fleet, and we are still pretty far out, there’s always a risk of further swaps.
A6-EPV and later have the new business class cabin and that is indeed the 306Y version. Those account for 21 out of the current 119 77W's in service, so just under 20%.
