It can be very random.

Back in Feb outbound was same price. RTN was very expensive even for a lengthy connection.

Currently I'm seeing huge outbound increases.

But stopover on return no surcharge.!!!!!!!

The old adage always applies "It is more f----- Up in The Philippines"
