Was looking to use the new route YVR -- SIN to travel onwards in Asia in 2024, KTM for example. What is the deal with code share between SQ and AC? Sq website doesn't want to sell the AC flight, keeps putting me on alaskan airlines to seattle or short Ac flights to SFO/LAX. Ac won't put me on any onward flights from SIN either. Forced it thru ita flight matrix and price comes out 3x more than booking flights on seperate tickets (10k return in economy). Getting fed up with star alliance. Seems like a big wasted opportunity for this route. Am I missing something?
