This one is the best I can find for ORD. The nice part is that AARP code gives you free insurance that covers 100% damage with a $5K deductible.
I used to use the amazon employee discount which takes off 66%, but now you need an email address. It was glorious for like 5 years to where you actually pay a normal rate. No idea how Amazon employees get normal rates and all of us pay 3 times as much.

But if you are going to use AARP, you get the same car cheaper through budget.com and get the same insurance and perks like free 2nd drivers.
Basically AVIS is dead now. You wont ever get a cheaper price on avis.
