Not everything. The Lufthansa Lounge is open (the Business, Senator and First Class sections). And there is another lounge (I think SAS?) which is also open. Not sure why other parts of the terminal aren’t.
Yes, the SAS lounge (which is close to the LH lounge) is open. Terminal B is terrible.
