AC has clearly moved beyond Stage One Denial. So far, they've acknowledged something went wrong to CTV and FOX, and gave what generally looks to be a similar statement to another flyer site...
“We are reviewing this serious matter internally and have followed up with the customers directly as our operating procedures were not followed correctly in this instance.
