I'd be shocked if PD doesn't enter YYC-YOW given they're going to YEG, and AC pulled out - just a matter of time as their aircraft are delivered. If I recall YYZ-YEG was announced sooner too. And good for YOW, being sandwiched between AC's largest hubs means YOW is way smaller than it ought to be given the catchment.
