Got a nice view of a side of IAH I've never seen.

6441 is still outside in front of the maintenance hangar, creases and all. Looks like they've wrapped some sort of protective sheet around the front part of the a/c, particularly around the crease/fuselage damage. Also looks like they've taped up the exhaust cone; 6441 definitely won't be flying for a while!

Does anyone here have any new updates on 6441?
It's in an "active storage" program now, meaning that it isn't due to fly any time soon, so things like engines, intakes, exhaust vents, doors and other orifices on the fuselage will be taped up to prevent animal or insects from getting in. Engineering work and prep for the repair will probably take some time, and heading into the winter season, the need for widebody lift isn't as acute.
