The AF A380 had a good F product but the dreaded NEV4 J product and an antiquated Y cabine. To refurb such a large aircraft......yeah doesn't work.

I would disagree about F. It was an antique product. AF introduced the new La Premiere seat some eight years ago.
It is impossible to keep this 20-year old F seat while advertising the new P (and even the forthcoming one).
