If you're coming from the hotel, I'm sure they can call you a taxi and assist with ensuring the pricing is reasonable. The Melia to IGR is actually closer than if you were heading from Puerto Iguazu so not far. However, i think I've always just asked the hotel to call a taxi for me.
OK we crossed over today, it was painless a short line on the BR side, but took awhile for the group of the 3 to get done. We took the driver that took us from IGU to The DT , he took us to/from the Park then the DT to Melia. He said 400 BRS that was $80 I knew too much ended up at $60, the hotel told me it s/b $53. So when he came to get us this morn I told him the hotel said $53 and I will keep it at $60 but we want to stop to change money. He said OK, turned out after driving around he asked someone in a Tourism store who sent us around the corner to reg store that did it in the back room. Gave me a rate of 710 I said its 730, he said in BA thats true but its 710 up here , you want to change or not, we did Didnt see any Cambio signs anywhere we drove and we drove around

Turns out the Melia charged us 20,000 less then we expected with the tx so we should have more then enough for a cab to IGR (6000) and a cab from AEP to The Hyatt.

At the Melia she didnt expect me to pull out 235,000 ARS, but it was well worth it the USD rate we booked was $531, the 235K @ 710 is $330 and the CC rate is 612
