There have always been a few odd days in past years where there was no FRA flight. Perhaps there was more of a cut this year at some point, by I didn't notice. And they had 4Y running a second flight 3x or 4x a week in the summer.

The favourable pricing, again, is anecdotal, but I was looking at dates where it was J/C/D 9 and then very low in P and Z, then went out the day of with plenty of eup space apparently available at the gate (at least by checking the upgrade list via the app).
I guess my anecdotes don't match yours. I've certainly seen it cheaper to go via the east on some days, but also plenty of times where it was the same price via 848/849. If RM was trying to charge a premium then not filling the seats, I'm not sure how much of that is demand vs poor RM.

This all being said, I'm surprised LHR is still on there as almost any day one wanted, there was R space, including on a 788....
The bizarre thing about LHR is there are so few useful connections AC can sell there these days, and WS is continuing to serve it through the winter. If you had told me one of AC's YYC TATLs was going to be cut, I would have definitely guessed LHR before FRA.

4Y service is seasonal, ending October 13 (last date I see available, anyway). So that could explain some of the AC cuts over the summer - a daily AC 788 and a 4Y 3x weekly 333 is still way more capacity than an AC 789 flying daily - but doesn't explain chopping it for the winter.

Anyway, so far the five or six one way between YYC and FRA we already bought have not changed. Yet...
I understand there was some sort of internal communication about it today, so I expect the schedule changes in the coming days.
