As somebody who commutes biweekly between New York and Vancouver, I continue to be disappointed with the lack of widebody service. The price of the “business class” (I.e premium economy) on the 737 max combined with the lack of Wi-Fi, has me connecting through Toronto or Montreal.
I am looking for other super elites, or frequent travelers on this route in hopes that we can potentially come together and write a note to management expressing our disappointment.
Woohoo looks like starting Nov 1. the 787 has been put on this route and they have reduced 3 directs (inc 1 united) down to the one wide body!!! I hope it sticks. If anyone has any solid info to confirm this is really happening let me know. I hear a million different /conflicting stories from the Concierge team, who I all love.
