Was able to get a low mileage j ticket from Fra to dfw for me and my wife next June. We are coming off a cruise and flying from Ath to Fra paid ticket. We have 6 nights. Was thinking of staying on the Rhein or Heidelberg the first 3 nights and then staying at the airport Hilton or Sheraton on points. We could store our large luggage at one of those hotels after we fly in. Does it matter which one? I think both have fairly easy access to other thw sbahn and the train station Sunday is a euro cup game with die mannshaft so trying to get some tickets, if sucessful I believe the stadium is just as close to the airport as downtown. We figured we could just hop on sbahn to town on Monday or Tuesday to see a few sights. Where are the best beer halls ? Been to Nuremberg, Munich koln Düsseldorf Dresden Leipzig Berlin Freiburg so no need to venture far but never spent much time in hessen. Is there a multi day rail or sbahn pass we can get?
