Is there really a Marriott "standard" for Fairfields that he must follow (and are other Fairfields breaking a rule) or is this something that the franchisee is implementing in order to save a few pennies per guest?
every brand has brand standards they must follow but there is a minimum standard. some properties may provide more than the minimum
