Are Vouchers Multi-Use?
I had a cancelled flight and rebooked for the following day with Frontier. As compensation, Frontier offered a $100 voucher. The terms of the voucher are valid for 3 months to book, only towards airfare, and surprisingly "Available for multi-use until the remaining balance is zero or until the expiration date."
I honestly don't trust Frontier to not make a mistake and find out that this voucher is only a one time use and after using only say $25 of it, to not be able to access the rest of the $75 that SHOULD be remaining on it. Has anyone gotten a $100 voucher for a cancelled flight as a "We're sorry for the inconvenience" and can confirm if it was multi-use or single use in 2023?
