PP Member access to Chase Sapphire Reserve Lounge at HKG

Hi,
As I PP member from a non-CSR card, I am thinking to stop by CSR lounge at HKG next month. But I saw someone posted the information at BOS CSR Lounge forum about the policy Chase set for the non-CSR based PP members, which not only limit 1 visit/year but also dis-allow the guest to enter into even if the PP membership allows to bring in guests to lounge in general.
Has anyone happened to be a PP member from a non-CSR card and visited the CSR lounge at HKG recently? I was wondering if the policy below is enforced at HKG. In other words, can I (PP member from non-CSR card) take a guest with me in this case?

But I read here that there is special rule for accessing the Chase Sapphire Reserve Lounge. i.e.Priority Pass members obtained from non-Chase Sapphire Reserve card are only eligible for one free visit to a Sapphire Lounge by The Club annually and the guest access is not free. Anyone know if this is true?

Thanks.

Discussion here: BOS Sapphire Lounge opens May 16; one entry/year for non-Chase Priority Pass

It's also important to understand that every Priority Pass lounge sets its own guest policy. The Bank of America statement means only that they will pay for two guest, it does not create an entitlement to bring guests. As a practical matter most Priority Pass lounges will admit two (or more) guests, but there are exceptions.
