Miles Upgrade
Hi,
I just booked a business class ticket using my wife's Skywards account (after a bad experience with transferring miles from multiple Amex accounts) and I had the upgrade option available. I then added my Skywards number to the reservation and now I get an error "Sorry, you cannot upgrade with Miles", and when I go over the message I see - "Upgrade with miles is only available to Emirates Skywards members."
Any idea what's going on? Should I contact the call center? Any experience?
