I have contacted the support and they were very fast on replying and keen to fix the issue. I am mentioning this as it wasn’t a regular run of mill question/answers, but the technician even went to check network coverage/stats in my zone (asked GPS coordinates) and they fixed it within 2 hours or so.
That sounds much more professional than the support I got from Airalo in the exact same situation in Mauritius. Do you remember on which network you were?
