ExpertFlyer pulls seat reservation data to generate the seat map, as there is no simple "just show the seat map" function available in the GDS.

You selected a class that does not support Pre-Reserved Seats (i.e. seating assignment before check-in). It's also possible the flight is not eligible for PRS. Note: if you selected both Business and Economy, and Economy does not support PRS, the error message would be generated, even if Business supports PRS. It's also possible that PRS is supported on the flight but not through the GDS (only using a carrier's direct interface).

Try to modify the classes in your selection, e.g., deselect Economy.
