I know this sounds pedantic, but there is no such thing as a 1K agent. Theoretically, 1Ks are given preferential routing to more experienced agents, but the reality is that you may get an agent who has only basic skills and cannot handle anything at all unusual. It's important to keep this in mind, rather than assuming that what the "1K agent" said is actually correct.
