Chase UR website is not letting me make any changes to destination city, change to one-way, etc.
Any other tricks to get the credit into United.com? I feel like I'm going to be forfeiting $1500 because Chase UR online or via phone are unable to help either.
You definitely can cancel your flight with Chase Ultimate Reward travel department. Flight credit with Chase can be used only once with another international itinerary with same airline. Remaining credit, if any, will be forfeited. I learned it the hard way and will never do it again.
