Here now and we extended our stay because it's just a great place and a phenomenal deal. At $288/night when the whole world seems to be "full" these days, we get a spotless 1000sqft suite w/ balcony and separate bedroom, great A/C, free breakfast/parking/resort fee, nightly live music, and plenty of chairs on the beach and by the pool. It's worth the minor negatives (mostly that it isn't quite a 5-star experience, it has a bit of a resort-factory feel, and whatnot).
Can confirm that the floating obstacle course thing is not presently available, didn't ask about plans for its future.
