Yeah, the "pick your car" thing seems like a gimmick to try to get you to upgrade. I booked a 7+ passenger SUV for a reason and besides one no cost option for a Toyota Highlander, all the other options were paid upgrades to 5 pax SUVs. As a party of 6, couldn't upgrade even if I wanted to.
