Airfare on my typical itineraries is about 20 cents or less, hence my compensation when a cancellation or delay occurs is equal to whatever the airfare is on my next purchase, often about 18 cents. In better words, the compensation is a joke.
What type of compensation do you expect on a $0.20 ticket? Check your credit card for any travel insurance coverage you may have available. You should also get a meal voucher from Frontier for delays longer than three hours.
