Nice datapoint, thank you, congratulations. That problem (in bold) has been reported here occasionally, it’s happened to me 2 or 3 times. Requires (if desired) calling Chase to add the card to an existing biz profile, and then (for me) it’s been listed under the second iteration of my name on the login profile.

The first time I chose to pursue just having all cards listed under my name appearing once. That was very time consuming (multiple calls, 2-3 branch CPC visits with CPC referring to biz banker), was told (unbelievably “1 digit of SSN incorrect”), took 2 weeks have all biz cards listed under 1 indication of my name. Second (and possibly 3rd) time was told it was due to different “entities” (even though all application info was identical and/or application via logging into my account), chose not to pursue, no apparent functional issues with having 2 biz cards under the first iteration of my name and 1 card under the second iteration, by all indications just a cosmetic thing to me, might have some significance to Chase.
