Just checked on my flight in F for September, and there is no Dom listed. Seems to be a choice between 2 whites, 2 reds and a port.
Hoping this is just a timing thing and the rest will reappear in due course.
That was the same as my last night. The full menu gradually appeared closer to the flight date.
