More or less 1 week when points are credited (the hotel has 7 days to post points) but your stay is long or if you have a nice bill with them you can always ask nicely to speed it up. At best, it could be done the same day as checkout and when the system updates, you could see your next status the next day. You can explain that you will reach platinum thanks to your stay.
